Join the Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing facility in Sparta, North Carolina. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, and we offer a competitive salary of $25 HOURLY.

Responsibilities:

  • Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating

  • Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics

  • Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager

  • Communicate effectively and interact with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors

  • Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff

  • Assist nurses with various duties as directed

Requirements:

  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from the State of North Carolina

  • Current or active CPR certification, preferred

  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills

  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor
