Home Health Aide & PCA Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $19.65
Competitive live-in rates:
-$255.45/day for a 3-day live-in
-$280/day for a 4-day live-in

Home Health Aide & PCA Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes.
Companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing, dressing and toileting
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery of exceptional care

Home Health Aide & PCA Requirements:

-2 years of recent professional elderly caregiving experience working with an agency or in a facility

Current HHA PCA or CNA certificate from NY (preferred)
2 years of recent elderly caregiving experience (if not certified)
18+ years of age
2 valid forms of identification
Current physical, titers/MMRV, PPD within 1 year-required for interview
Covid Vaccinated (preferred)
