This role offers a highly consistent overnight schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact supporting residents living with memory loss.

Schedule:

Every Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Your Impact as a Memory Care LPN

As an LPN, you play a critical role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

SUMMARY: The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
