Hilltop Healthcare & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about working with seniors and providing quality care.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Duties and Responsibilities for LPNs:

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.

  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse (RN).

  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  • Perform routine diagnostic tests and assist with procedures.

  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and provide direction as needed.

  • Ensure that medical records are maintained and up to date, documenting all observations and interactions with residents.

  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.

  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care to residents.

  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge process for residents.

LPNs may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
