Alliance Health at Baldwinville is currently seeking RCA's - full time, part time and per diem on all three shifts. We are looking for team-oriented individuals to join our clinical team. As a backbone to our multidisciplinary care approach, you have an opportunity to make a real difference in an elder's life.

The RCA to CNA program is a 5 week program where you can learn while you get paid. At the end of the 5 weeks you will be a fully certified C.N.A after you pass your written and clinical test.

The Resident Care Assistant (RCA) are assistants to the CNAs. In addition, they can also function as homemaker when needed. They provide direct and indirect care to residents under the supervision of a nurse and perform other duties assigned by nurses and other clinical and administrative leadership. The RCAs collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize the quality of life for the residents. They are responsible for performing a variety functions as assigned and are expected to adhere to the provisions in the employee handbook.
