What You’ll Do

Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards

What You Bring

Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable)
Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach to care
Passion for improving the lives of residents

Now Hiring: Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) Part Time - Weekend | Shift: 7a-7:30pm We are seeking a dedicated Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee and implement the facility’s Wound Prevention and Treatment Program . This role works closely with Unit Managers, the Staff Development Coordinator, and the Wound Care Team to ensure high-quality wound prevention, treatment, and staff education.
