Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality bedside care, oversee resident clinical needs, and serve as a leader on the floor. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Care: Provide exceptional bedside care, monitor vital signs, and ensure overall resident comfort and safety.

  • Clinical Management: Administer medications, prepare injections, manage catheters, collect lab samples, and provide specialized wound care.

  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support floor staff to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.

  • Documentation: Accurately monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the medical team.

Requirements:

  • License: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.

  • Certifications: Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication, exceptional staff training abilities, and top-tier customer service skills.
