Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to join our team at Seniors Helping Seniors KC North. As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our ideal candidate is a mature and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
Assist with medication management and ensure timely delivery of medications
Engage in activities that stimulate mental and emotional well-being, such as puzzles, games, and conversation
Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
Provide transportation to appointments and errands, as needed
Communicate effectively with seniors, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients, if necessary
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
