Is accountable and responsible for key performance indicators in collaboration with the Day Nurse Managers on their assigned units on a 24 hour basis, including pressure ulcers, falls, grievances, staff attendance, timeliness of call bell responses, maintain Facility Quality Measures, and perpetual Survey Preparedness. Qualifications: Must possess a current NYS RN license. Associate’s Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor’s Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred. A minimum of 1 year as a staff nurse in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related medical facility, including experience with the Dementia population. Must possess a current NYS RN license. Knowledge of federal and state regulations. Must be able to speak, write and read English.
