The University of Iowa Community Clinics (UICC) is seeking a patient centered 60% (24 hours a week) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at our UICC Pediatric Clinics. This position will mainly support our Heartland Drive, Holiday Road, and North Dodge Pediatric Clinics but could float to other patient specialties/clinic locations.

Duties To Include

Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered professional nurse.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for temporary work permit. Responsible to take the required continuing education hours to maintain a valid LPN certification
Basic Cardiac Life Support provider

Special Qualification/License

Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication.
