Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide high quality nursing care to members, as prescribed by the physician and approved care plan
Implementing care and other services following a thorough member assessment and approved plan initiated by the RN
Providing accurate and timely documentation of all member services to reflect approved care plans
