Requirements:

Must have completed a state-approved CNA program.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
CPI may be required to be obtained prior to the first shift.
Minimum of 6 months experience as an acute care/hospital CNA (most recent experience within the last year).
Must show competency performing blood glucose testing, obtaining and documenting vital signs, intake and output, and weight.
Ability to provide comfort and support to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and other activities of daily living, and safe transport of patients.
May be used in 1:1 assignment to ensure patient safety.
