Maintains a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with hospital standards. Communicate relevant patient information to a professional nurse within an appropriate time based on the level of urgency. Report problems immediately to a professional nurse. Answer intercom or call lights in a timely, courteous manner, with appropriate communication to the patient and/or professional nurse.
