  • Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering a variety of services for patients of all ages in the Cushing, Oklahoma area. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and more. In 2025, the hospital will add inpatient behavioral health services.
  • Under the supervision or direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides patient care specific to the age of the patient.
  • Demonstrates the appropriate skills and ability, based on scope of practice, level of training and/or licensure, to assess, treat, and/or care for patients.
  • Care is provided through utilization of the nursing process, by leadership to provide direction of other non-licensed nursing service personnel and by working collaboratively with other members of the health care team.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid LPN Oklahoma license 
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

  • CPI
  • N-95 fit test (yearly)
