How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead patient care initiatives by implementing and monitoring personalized treatment plans to ensure every patient receives high-quality, attentive care.
Support the clinical team as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to ensure a seamless and well-integrated healthcare experience.
Execute medical orders with precision and empathy, documenting the patient’s journey to maintain accurate records and safe clinical transitions.
Create comprehensive discharge strategies in collaboration with the healthcare team to prepare patients for a safe and successful return home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
