Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Full-time Case Manager RN at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree of Nursing. Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working as a registered nurse in the case management field
Licensure: Maintain a current, unrestricted RN license in WA or compact state.
Current Basic Life Support Certification
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities:

Find the most appropriate medical resources and providing optimal care for the patient
Handle case assignments, review case progress, and determine case closure
Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
Interact with clients and develop effective working relations with medical team
Help clients with continuity of care for specialty services and home health needs
