Rush Heart & Vascular, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, is seeking a Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing practice in downtown Chicago.

Position Highlights

Rush Heart & Vascular’s downtown Chicago practice is based at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges.
Join a collaborative team of six vascular surgeons and four advanced practice providers.
This position is primarily based at Rush’s downtown Chicago campus and follows a Monday–Friday schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts, with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Provide care for patients with complex medical conditions across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

APRN candidates must hold Acute Care Certification (required).
Prior APP experience in Vascular Surgery strongly preferred; relevant RN experience may also be considered.
Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and collaborative, team-based care.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care. Successful candidates will also meet all other state and federal regulatory practice and accreditation standards.

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
