Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Cardiac Electrophysiology

Providence Medical Group - Northwest is seeking a full-time predominantly Cardiac Electrophysiology nurse practitioner or physician assistant in Everett, Washington. Some General Cardiology work is expected. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and well-supported team.

Work closely with an Electrophysiologist who is willing to train. You will have the opportunity to scrub in EP procedures with the provider. Position involves some General Cardiology coverage but is primarily EP. Candidates with previous nursing experience in the Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, or Cardiac Nursing Unit will also be considered.

The clinic is based on the campus of Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, located just 25 miles north of downtown Seattle. The responsibilities include outpatient EP clinic, inpatient EP consultation, General Cardiology weekend coverage and EP provider in-basket management. Schedule is 4 days a week, ten-hour days, no night call and approximately 1 in 7 weekends (weekends are included as part of the 4-day rotation).

• Full-time position with a combination of weekdays and weekends for outpatient services and inpatient coverage

• No night call

• Work with the EP provider in the clinic and in the inpatient setting

• Share General cardiology inpatient coverage with 5 to 7 other APPs

• CME stipend, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

• Previous Cardiac Electrophysiology experience preferred

• Compensation is between $135,000 and $175,000 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
