The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides advanced practice nursing care to patients with serious, chronic, or life limiting illness in an outpatient clinic setting. You will serve as a consultant to referring physicians to assist in managing patient’s symptoms and providing goals of care conversations with patients and families. You will also serve as a resource and advisor to the clinical staff and leadership to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Qualifications
- Education
- MSN degree from accredited program.
- Licensure
- Valid Indiana Drivers License.
- Current Nurse Licensure in the State of Indiana.
- Certification in appropriate clinical area.
- Relevant experience or demonstrated ability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
