Critical Care Nocturnist — Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) 7-on / 7-off, 7pm – 7am Southeastern Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care, a proud member of the Columbus Regional Health Physicians network, is seeking a highly skilled, confident, and autonomous Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead in the Critical Care Unit during the night shift. Join our elite night team at SE Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care. We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a high-autonomy, solo overnight ICU management role. In this position, you will own 100% of nocturnal procedures and lead rapid response teams while enjoying the security of immediate phone support from an on-call physician. This role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. What you need to know about this position: Pediatric office with 9 physicians, 24 exam rooms and seeing an average of 130 patients per day ranging from 2 days old to 19 years old. Established in 1974, Columbus Pediatrics has been honored to meet the newborn, pediatric and adolescent healthcare needs of families for over 40 years. The role our Medical Assistants play may vary but include responsibility for routine back office functions, bringing patients back to exam room, taking and recording basic medical history, and assisting the physicians and/or nurse as needed. The hourly range for this position is between $17.61 and $26.41. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. This position will require you to work 7:30am to 5:30pm, 4 days a week, Monday through Friday, and 1 Saturday a month.
