Vascular Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary The nurse practitioner (NP) is responsible for assuring quality care and best practice for select vascular patients in collaboration with their supervising physician. Breast Surgery Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary The Telfair Breast Surgery NP/PA works under the clinical supervision of the TBS Breast Specialty Surgeons and administrative supervision of the Director, Telfair Ambulatory Services. Clinical support duties, under the supervision of TBS surgeons, include appropriate ordering of diagnostic work up studies per high risk management protocols, monitoring and evaluating progress of patients under surveillance, rounding on patients, first call triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients on clinical protocols by working closely with clinical research coordinator. The NP/PA is expected to bill appropriately and maintain all licensures and privileges to do so. The NP/PA is required to meet all regulatory and compliance aspects of the role and to participate in quality and revenue cycle improvement activities.
