What You'll Be Doing – The Heart of the Role!

  • Care that Counts: Assist residents with daily living activities, from dressing to showering to helping them get around – all with a personal touch.
  • Medications & Treatments: You’ll administer medications and treatments as directed, and document everything with precision – because their health and happiness depend on it!
  • Every Day is Different: Whether you're delivering meals, providing snacks, or offering a comforting smile, you’ll be there for the residents every step of the way.
  • Monitor & Report: Keep an eagle eye out for any changes in a resident’s condition and report it to the nursing team. You’re the front-line observer, and your input matters!

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completed the 40-hour Medication Aide Course and are certified as a Medication Aide
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
