The Position:

We're looking for passionate Home Health Aides provides personal care and assigned therapy exercises within the patient's home; assists patient in reaching the maximum level of self care.

  • Provide activities of daily living (ADL) care including bathing, hair care, nail and skin care, and oral hygiene.
  • Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Recognize and report changes in skin condition to Case Managers.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. / Minimum age of 18.
  • Completion of state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program required.
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii preferred.
  • Must maintain current BLS Certification.
  • Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
