The Position:

We're looking for passionate Home Health Aides provides personal care and assigned therapy exercises within the patient's home; assists patient in reaching the maximum level of self care.

Provide activities of daily living (ADL) care including bathing, hair care, nail and skin care, and oral hygiene.
Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.
Recognize and report changes in skin condition to Case Managers.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. / Minimum age of 18.
Completion of state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program required.
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii preferred.
Must maintain current BLS Certification.
Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
