Pay Range: Pay Per Shift

Available Shifts: Flexible scheduling, including PRN options

Job Duties:

Conduct skilled visits to patients in their homes
Manage day-to-day patient interactions and assessments
Provide education on health conditions such as CHF, COPD, and diabetes
Administer wound care and medication management
Change dressings, bandages, and contraptions as prescribed
Document patients’ conditions and report significant changes to the physician
Collaborate with other nurses and therapists for comprehensive patient care

Active RN Nursing License
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Compassionate and effective customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
