Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, performs nursing tasks for which he/she has been trained and has demonstrated competency through a skills checklist. Senior level status in any nursing program required. Ability to communicate and understand detailed instructions relating to basic patient care and transport. Must be able to work and stand for long periods, as well as lift and position patients weighing up to 75 pounds.
