Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you’ll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient’s progress. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly 
  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence 
  • Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly 
  • Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination 
  • Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques 
  • Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care 

What qualifications you will need:
  • (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
  • 1 years experience 

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
