Comfort Keepers of Fayetteville is looking for a compassionate and independent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, working outside of a hospital setting, and helping seniors live safely at home, this role offers meaningful work with flexibility.

💼 What You’ll Do

As our RN, you’ll be the first step in a client’s care journey—ensuring they receive the right support from day one.

Conduct in-home assessments and reassessments
Create personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
Complete client admissions and ensure accurate documentation
Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to deliver quality care
Educate clients and families on services and expectations
Monitor and update care plans as conditions change
Maintain compliance with NC home care regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in North Carolina (in good standing)
At least 1 year of clinical experience (home care or geriatrics preferred)
Strong communication and assessment skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Comfortable using basic technology (EMR, Ipad, email)
