What You’ll Do As a Home Health Aide, you will: Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Offer mobility support and safe transfers Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment Provide medication reminders Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate service documentation Your presence will make a real difference in someone’s daily life.
