What You'll Do as Our Chief Nursing Officer Lead Clinical Excellence: Direct nursing operations for our 10-bed emergency department and 10-bed inpatient unit, establishing standards of care that will define our hospital's reputation. Build Your Leadership Team: Recruit, hire, and develop nursing staff while creating policies, procedures, and workflows that support both quality patient care and professional growth.
