What You Will Do

  • Provide patient-centered wound care in home and facility-based settings
  • Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
  • Assess patients and support treatment planning to improve healing outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment goals
  • Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
