Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the First Care team at Tanana Valley Clinic. In this fast-paced, patient-centered environment, the RN plays a vital role in delivering high-quality urgent and primary care services to individuals and families across our community. This position requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a commitment to providing efficient, empathetic care. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will support providers, coordinate patient care, and help ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $$36.71-$60.81hourly wage based on experience and education

Full Time; days; 36hr/wk; 12hr Shifts
Responsibilities
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Qualifications
Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job.
Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification preferred.
