DUTIES
  • Utilize nursing best practices to gather data, implement, and assist with evaluation of the health needs of students and staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with health care providers orders and parental written authorization based on established guidelines and District policy.
  • Follow communicable disease control procedures and inform and advise administration and/or parents regarding school exclusion and re-admission.
  • Provide care for student illness and accidents according to District policies and protocols. Complete accident and incident reports as required.

Salary based on training and experience as per the Middletown Schools Nurses Association
