Required Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license in New Jersey
Previous experience as an LPN/LVN in a school or pediatric environment preferred
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and emergency response

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily health and wellness needs of students
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects or reactions
Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
Maintain accurate health records and document all clinical interactions
Support chronic condition management and develop care plans in partnership with parents and educational staff
Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as needed to address student health concerns
Promote healthy habits and provide health education to students and staff
