Our FREE CNA Hybrid Training Program combines online coursework and hands-on clinical training to prepare you for CNA certification. Learn valuable caregiving skills, gain real-world experience, and start your healthcare career. Successful graduates will be offered Full-Time or Part-Time CNA positions at Waterville Residential Care Center.

Week 1: Online coursework
Weeks 2 & 3: Hands-on skills training & clinical experience

Important: This is a free training program, but it is not a paid training program.


Upon successful completion of the program and certification requirements, students will be eligible for employment opportunities at our facility for CNA positions offering from $18 to $22 per hour, plus shift differentials and opportunities for career growth! Sign on Bonuses available to eligible participants!

You will need Wi-Fi, a Laptop/Computer/Smartphone/Tablet to complete online course work and watch CNA Training videos. You will be required to attend skills and clinical days.

Requirements:

  • Pass Prometric Reading Assessment (80% or higher)

  • Pass all quizzes and final exam (90% or higher)

  • Submit Health Records: 2 MMRS & Flu vaccine

  • Be present and punctual for all classes, labs, and clinicals

  • Notify instructor of difficulties understanding curriculum

  • Conduct oneself in a responsible and professional manner

  • Notify instructor of unavoidable absences or tardiness

  • Dress appropriately for classes, labs and clinicals

  • Notify instructor of personal contact information changes
