In the CNA Hybrid Training Program, you will participate in an intensive training program that combines online classroom instruction and onsite clinical training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Responsibilities: Participate in an intensive 3 week CNA Hybrid Training Program Complete online classroom instruction and onsite clinical training under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals Develop skills and knowledge necessary to provide basic care to residents Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to staff, residents, and families Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and activities Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment You will need Wi-Fi, a Laptop/Computer/Smartphone/Tablet to complete online course work and watch CNA Training videos. You will be required to attend skills and clinical days. Schedule: Week 1: Complete online coursework. Weeks 2 & 3: Participate in skills training and clinical experiences. Final Step: Prometric will administer the one-day certification exam. Requirements: Pass Prometric Reading Assessment (80% or higher) Pass all quizzes and final exam (90% or higher) Submit Health Records: 2 MMRS & Flu vaccine Be present and punctual for all classes, labs, and clinicals Notify instructor of difficulties understanding curriculum Conduct oneself in a responsible and professional manner Notify instructor of unavoidable absences or tardiness Dress appropriately for classes, labs and clinicals Notify instructor of personal contact information changes Candidates must be eligible to work and able to verify employment authorization.
