RN Every Other Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities

Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.
Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff
