About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Shift Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Aventura at the Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on our evening shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and warm bedside manner will be invaluable in making a positive impact on our residents' lives. The RN administers medications and treatments, communicates with physicians and families, supervises and supports LPNs and CNAs, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
