• Mainatin timely and accurate MDS submissions

• Work with DON and team to update Care Plans as appropriate

• Electronically record and transmit MDS data according to the state database as required by state and federal regulations.

• Great communication skills, organized, and teamwork approach.

• Complete other duties as required and as given by Admin/DON

 

Desired Experience and Education • Current LPN License. 

• Knowledge of the MDS and all associated tasks
