North Beach Rehab, a 99-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in North Miami, FL, is seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team!

As an Interim ADON you will assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day function of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Facility.

Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating our written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess, a valid unencumbered RN state license and a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
