Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan.

· Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs.

· Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes.

· Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion

Required Education:

· High school or equivalent

· Required license or certification:

· Current Certification in the state of Kansas

Requirements:

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

**Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing**
