Key Responsibilities:

Order and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required
Implement and follow designated care plans tailored to residents' needs
Perform essential duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures
Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations
Uphold the confidentiality and rights of residents, families, and staff, adhering to HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the State of New York
