Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality resident outcomes
Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident status
Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
Uphold resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
