Located in the heart of the Northeast Bronx, our 200-bed skilled nursing facility provides short-term rehab, sub-acute care, long-term care, and in-house hospice services. We’re looking for an RN Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.

What Does an RN Supervisor Do?

As an RN Supervisor, you play a vital role in overseeing the clinical care of our residents. You will be a mentor, problem-solver, and leader, ensuring our nursing team provides the highest level of care while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical care of assigned residents and units
  • Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff to provide top-quality care
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth unit operations
  • Foster teamwork and strong communication with staff, residents, and families
  • Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and ancillary staff to enhance care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active NYS RN License (unencumbered)
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • BCLS/ACLS certification required
  • LTC experience & SigmaCare EMR knowledge preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (unless medically exempt)

Position Overview The Administrative Nurse Manager plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs all assigned unit activities. Directs the day-to-day functions of the neighborhood activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long term facility. Manages and supervises the staff activities and ensures staff competencies in the delivery of care. Collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Managers, Resident Service Coordinators and other disciplines for all interdisciplinary activities.
