Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents throughout the shift
Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
Provide routine hygiene and comfort care
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
New CNAs are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $19.50 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
