As the RN Nurse Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What you'll do 

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery. 

  • Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. 

  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed. 

  • Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support. 

  • Assist in training and orientation of new employees.  

  • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols. 

  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What you need 

  • Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice.  

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.  

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Position Summary: The House Supervisor maintains nursing unit goals and objectives and is responsible for the supervision of nursing unit(s). The House Supervisor ensures compliance of nursing practices, procedures, systems, and processes with company policy as well as federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The House Supervisor coordinates programs and services under the direction and in consultation with the Director of Nursing (DON). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide guidance, supervision, and management oversight to all nursing staff on all shifts.
