RN Nights Unit Manager

The Avenue at Brooklyn is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings. We’re looking for compassionate and skilled UNIT MANAGER to provide direct care and support to our residents. If you’re a licensed RN who thrives in a team environment and values quality care, we’d love to meet you!

Job Duties:

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams

• Participate in care planning and assessments

• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of employment

• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)

• One year of long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
