Are you looking for a meaningful caregiving role with steady hours and the chance to truly make a difference? SYNERGY HomeCare is currently hiring On-Call Caregivers to be available and ready to support clients during designated shifts.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible caregivers for one of the following on-call shifts:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 These are guaranteed paid shifts — you will be compensated for the full on-call shift whether you’re called in to work or not.

Your Role as an On-Call Caregiver:

  • Be available and responsive during scheduled on-call shifts.

  • Step in to assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

  • Communicate effectively with office staff regarding shift coverage.
