Your Role:

Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident
Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and services
Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs
Support a positive, safe, and resident-centered care environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Current Illinois CNA certification required
Graduate of an accredited CNA program required

Weigh and measure residents as instructed. • Ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently. • Answer resident calls promptly. • Check residents routinely to ensure that their personal care needs are being met. • Assist residents with identifying food arrangements (i.e., informing resident with sight problem of foods that are on his/her tray, where it is located, if it is hot/cold, etc.). • Record the resident’s food/fluid intake.
