Qualifications:

• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (can be newly certified or without certification)

• CPR certification (up to date)

• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

• Valid driver's license

• Flexible availability

• Able to run errands and Transport patients

• Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)

• In some cases, be able to go to nearby cities in the county

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.), including companionship and social engagement.

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Assist with mobility and transfers. Also, provide availability to run errands and transport clients to appointments in case they need it.

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
