In Home Caregiver

Requirements: 

• Caregiver experience at least for 3 months

• HHA certification or CNA (can be newly certified, not required)

• CPR certification (up to date)

• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

• Valid driver's license

• Flexible availability 

• Able to run errands and Transport patients in case they need it

• Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)

• In some cases, be able to go to nearby cities in the county

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay in Town N Country, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
